Well- I'm made a reappearance, after quite a long absence. I went to Japan in September, but am only uploading my best images now for various reasons.
In a nutshell, time and personal issues.
I'm hoping this year will be better, photographically speaking- but time will tell.
There's sure to be a glut of work over the next few days, but thanks for taking the time to look. I appreciate it.

What makes an artist? Motivation, tools, skills?


I didn't realise until I was sorting through some photos on my computer this week- but I hadn't posted new photos since last year. I found that disappointing and disheartening. It's not that I haven't taken photos, nor is it a case of not having any good photos. It's more of a case of taking the time and effort to sort, edit and upload my work.

So over the last two days I have added to , both of my folios. I must say, the more time I spend with it, the easier the upload system seems to get.

Wonderfully- I've had some suportive comments so far.

I've admired his work for some time and had a chat. He's a real sweetie and even let me play with his camera. I'm so jealous. I really need a DSLR.

It's not that I don't like working on film- but I'd like that instant feedback and the flexibility it brings. Unfortunately my car needed some repairs over the break- so once again I'm saving....
